eVP Procurement User Training

The North Carolina electronic Vendor Portal (NC eVP) allows companies and individuals to register to do business with North Carolina state purchasers. State Procurement Users (PU’s) post formal solicitations for bids or proposals, contract extensions, and search for vendors, all in eVP.

An eVP State Procurement User accesses the eVP Agency App to create and post solicitations, bid tabulations and awards, and have the ability to report HUB goods and services spend. They can also use the eVP Public Portal to search for registered vendors.
