Procurement Request eForms

Procurement Request eForms are standardized electronic forms created in NC eProcurement to request approval from the Division of Purchase and Contract (P&C) for certain strategic sourcing actions. These eForms ensure that all purchases are properly authorized, documented, and aligned with P&C's policies in a consistent and organized manner. 

The eForms are only available in Expert View of the State Agencies NCFS realm of NCEP. To access these eForms as a non-NCFS NCEP purchaser, users must be added to the ‘Procurement Request eForms (CC and Universities)’ group in their NCEP profile.
