Under Maintenance

The electronic Vendor Portal is undergoing maintenance for an upgrade. It will be available on July 10.

 

The new electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) will improve user experience by combining functionality of the current electronic Vendor Portal (eVP), the Interactive Purchasing System (IPS), the NC Business Invitation Delivery System (NC BIDS) and the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) office.  

Public solicitation search, contract extension search, and vendor search will be available in the same system vendors use to register to do business with the State of North Carolina. Existing eVP vendors will receive an email invitation in the week following go-live with instructions to set up credentials for the new system.  New vendors can register in eVP starting on Monday, July 10, 2023.  

Training materials are available on the NC eProcurement website and the NC eProcurement Help Desk is available by phone at 888-211-7440 (option 2) from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday.
