Tracking Contract Workspace Changes
As a Contract Workspace is edited and discussed, all messages and changes are tracked so that they are accessible later. Messages can be sorted and filtered to find the kinds of Topics you are looking for, and the History will store all records of changes made, as well as version history.

The Message Board is a central communication location where project members can relay relevant information. Messages are saved for historical records and can be divided by custom labels.
When emails are exchanged outside of the Contract Workspace, those messages can be added into the Message Board through the use of a unique Contract Workspace-specific email address. From the Message Board, click the Post via Email button to generate the email address, and include it on any emails that should be added to the Message Board.
The History tab contains a detailed record of all changes made within the Contract Workspace. Users are able to search within the History tab to see what actions other members of the project have completed, and when.
