NC eProcurement has built-in reports that provide users with access to a wide variety of procurement information. Users can access two types of reports: Public Reports and Prepackaged Reports.

  • Public reports are created specifically for NC eProcurement and offer useful information tailored specifically to our users.
  • Prepackaged reports are part of the SAP Ariba tool, are created by Ariba, and may or may not be relevant to NC eProcurement users.

Reports can be accessed in Guided Buying by selecting the Reporting tile from the Landing Page.

Accessing reports in Expert View can be done either through the 'Manage' tab or through the 'Common Actions' portlet.

Users can run either Public Reports or Prepackaged Reports and select which specific report they wish to run. Each report can be customized before running the report using a number of parameters such as specific dates.

Some users have the ability to create reports that run on a recurring basis and send results via email to a specified list of recipients.

For quick viewing, reports can be added to a user's 'Home' or 'Procurement' tabs within Expert View.
