Event Description:

This 2 hour instructor-led course provides hands-on computer training on advanced topics in NC eProcurement. This will include the following topics: Collaborative requisition overview, who can begin and end collaboration requests, using eVP to find vendors, creating collaboration requests as a requester and as an approver, communicating with vendors during collaboration, and finishing/closing collaborations. This course is intended for users with at least a basic understanding of the NC eProcurement Buyer system.

Location:

This is an online course. A Microsoft Teams invitation will be sent to the registered attendees prior to the course date.

Target Audience:

Procurement professionals from entities that would like to use the Collaboration tool in NC eProcurement to request pricing from vendors.

Pre-Requisites:

NC eProcurement Basic Requester training course, and/or extensive experience using NC eProcurement.
