NC eProcurement Basic Requester Training - NCAS State Agencies
This 3 hour instructor-led course provides hands-on computer training on how to use the NC eProcurement system for the basic requester. This will include the following topics:
Introduction to the NC eProcurement home website, searching for Vendors using the eVP Public Search, introduction to the Buyer system, creating a Catalog Order in Guided Buying, a tour of Expert View, creating Non-Catalog orders in Expert View, updating user profiles, and saving system searches, with additional Learning Check quizzes throughout the training.
This is an online course. A Microsoft Teams invitation will be sent to the registered attendees prior to the course date.
Procurement professionals from State Agencies using the NCAS financial system that wish to learn the basics of requesting goods and services in NC eProcurement.
This is a beginner course, so there are no required Pre-Requisites.
