NC eProcurement Basic Requester Training - Community Colleges, School Systems, and Non-Integrated

Event Description:

This 3 hour instructor-led course provides hands-on computer training on how to use the NC eProcurement system for the basic requester. This will include the following topics: Introduction to the NC eProcurement home website, searching for Vendors using the eVP Public Search, introduction to the Buyer system, creating a Catalog Order in Guided Buying, creating Non-Catalog orders in Expert View, and system searches, with additional Learning Check quizzes throughout the training.

Location:

This is an online course. A Microsoft Teams invitation will be sent to the registered attendees prior to the course date.

Target Audience:

Procurement professionals from Community Colleges, School Systems, and Non-Integrated entities that wish to learn the basics of requesting goods and services in the NC eProcurement system.

Pre-Requisites:

This is a beginner course, so there are no required Pre-Requisites.
