New electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) is Live

The Department of Administration’s (DOA) Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C), along with the NC eProcurement Team, is excited to announce the upgrade to the electronic Vendor Portal (eVP), which consolidated and enhanced the functions of the previous eVP, Interactive Purchasing System (IPS), and North Carolina Business Invitation Delivery System (NC BIDS), is available July 10, 2023.

All current vendor contacts will receive an email encouraging them to set up their new eVP credentials and log into the new eVP. Please follow the instructions to gain access to your eVP account.


  • When you reach the screen where you will set up your new eVP credentials for the first time, click 'Sign up now.'
  • Changes to email should be made after logging into the account. The ‘Change Email’ button on the login page will not update the account.
