Archive Buyer (Version 9R1) was retired on December 31, 2020.  Historical data is accessible through the NC eProcurement eReporting Tool. For more information, and to view a list of users with access to the eReporting Tool, see the Procurement Information Portal (PIP).

To request access to the eReporting Tool, please contact a Security Administrator for your entity.  Security Administrators can add or delete users with the NC eProcurement User Maintenance eForm.  Instructions for this process may be viewed in the eProcurement eReporting Tool job aid.

To log in to the active NC eProcurement system, visit the Buyer Login page and select the correct link for your entity.
