Prepackaged Reports are designed to meet the most common reporting needs in the tool and can be accessed using the Manage function in one of two places on the Sourcing Dashboard.
Public reports are custom reports that were created to meet the specific needs of NC eProcurement users.
One of the benefits of NC eProcurement Sourcing is the ability to run reports in the background. Users can set reports to run on a specified recurring schedule, and even have the results from the report regularly emailed to a set group of recipients.
