Prepackaged reports are designed to meet the most common reporting needs in the tool and are already built into NC eProcurement Contracts. Users can view the data within the tool or export that data into a Microsoft Excel file for further analysis.

Public reports are custom reports that were created to meet the specific needs of NC eProcurement users.

One of the benefits of NC eProcurement Contracts is the ability to run reports in the background.  Users can set reports to run on a specified recurring schedule, and even have the results from the report regularly emailed to a set group of recipients.
