User Maintenance can only be accessed through Expert View. Utilizing the User Maintenance eForm, the Security Administrator can perform several actions:
- Adding a User
- Updating a User
- Deleting a User
Address Maintenance can only be accessed through Expert View. The Address Maintenance eForm enables Security Administrators to perform several actions:
- Add an Address
- Delete an Address
- Update an Address
- Reactivate an Address
Reassigning transactions between users is helpful for continuing operations when a user does not close their open transactions before leaving their entity. Reassignments can now happen en masse through the 'Approvable Role Assignments' action.
