State Agencies - NC E-Procurement @ Your Service Change Request Process
 
The key points of the process for managing user change requests for E-Procurement are:
 
  • A representative from each agency is responsible for gathering change requests from the agency's end users
  • The agency representative prioritizes change requests for the agency and submits these to the NC E-Procurement Team as prompted
  • The agency representative attends change requests meetings held quarterly to discuss requirements and overall priority
  • The E-Procurement Team does not keep a running list of open change requests not selected for implementation; agency representatives maintain their own open lists
