Center for Digital Government Achievement Awards - Best of the Web Award Winner
NC E-Procurement @ Your Service was named the Center for Digital Government Achievement Award winner for the 2004 Best of the Web in the Government-to-Government category. The award was presented by the Center for Digital Government which recognizes the technology that provides the government with the highest level of innovation, functionality, efficiency, and savings.
Digital Government Awards – State Government Innovator Award Winner
NC E-Procurement @ Your Service was selected as the recipient of the 2004 Digital Government Award in the State Government category. The Digital Government Awards raise the bar for high performance in government and higher education. The organizations and individuals represented by these awards are drivers of technology; they deliver quality, cost-effective services to users, including citizens, businesses and other government or higher education organizations.
NASPO Cronin IT Innovation Awards - Honorable Mention
NC E-Procurement @ Your Service received an honorable mention for the 2004 NASPO Cronin IT Innovation Award. The award recognizes outstanding procurement initiatives and promotes the adoption of these ideas throughout the country. The criteria upon which entries were judged included: innovation, potential for transferability, improvement of service, uniqueness of innovation, potential for cost-reduction, and the involvement of agencies in the development and implementation of the procurement initiative.
Computerworld Honors - Medal Recipient
NC E-Procurement @ Your Service was named as a 2004 Computerworld Honors Laureate and received the Computerworld Honors medal in recognition of the project's efforts and "whose use of information technology has been especially noteworthy for the originality of its conception, the breadth of its vision, and the significance of its benefit to society.”
