Maintaining User, Password, and Address Information

Each Security Administrator or EPLite Administrator should maintain their entity’s user and address information in NC E-Procurement. Security Administrators and EPLite Administrators have the ability to add, update, and delete users and addresses, and reset passwords in NC E-Procurement using eForms. eForms are accessible using a link on the shortcut menu located on the left-hand side of the NC E-Procurement homepage. After clicking the eForm link, select from the user, password, and address eForm options to make real time updates.
 
Note: When new users or addresses are added to NC E-Procurement, it is important to map them to the appropriate records in the respective financial system. Please contact your designated Security Administrator or EPLite Administrator to complete this process.
