| When a purchase order is successfully imported into NC E-Procurement, users receive a success notification via email. If the purchase order was created as a requisition in the E-Procurement system, the creator of the requisition (requisitioner) will receive the email notification. If the purchase order was initiated in SunPac or ISIS, then the EP Lite Administrator will receive the email notification. |
| Note: It is important that your LEA only assign the EP Lite Administrator role to one person because the E-Procurement system only recognizes one EP Lite Administrator. |
