Successful Import Notifications

When a purchase order is successfully imported into NC E-Procurement, users receive a successful import notification via email. If the purchase order was created as an eRequisition in the NC E-Procurement system, the creator of the eRequisition (preparer) will receive the email notification. If the purchase order was initiated in SunPac or LINQ, then the EP Lite Administrator will receive the email notification.
 
Note: If the successful import notification is being sent to the EP Lite Administrator and there are multiple EP Lite Administrators for a single entity, the NC E-Procurement system will only send the email to the user who was first added with the 'EPLite Administrator' role.
