| The number of decimal places displayed for the unit price field has been increased from two to five within the E-Procurement application and on the purchase order sent to vendors. Previously, a user could enter more than two decimal places in E-Procurement, but the unit price was rounded to two decimal places for display purposes. Now, the unit price field will display and round up to five decimal places. For example, if a user enters $1.234 for a unit price, only three decimal places will display. However, if a user enters $1.234567 for a unit price, $1.23457 will display rounded to the fifth decimal place. |
