Punchout Catalog Orders

When possible, users should use available vendor punchout sites within the state term contract catalog of NC E-Procurement as opposed to creating non-catalog items. Vendors with punchout sites are expecting the information and format included in the punchout items. Non-catalog orders require manual fulfillment by the vendor and will take longer to process and ship.
