Office Depot Change Orders

Office Depot only accepts original orders (version 1). This is because Office Depot ships their orders immediately and often times the order has already been filled by the time they receive change orders. As stated in the Office Depot contract, items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase. To return or exchange products, contact Office Depot Customer Service at (800)419-4624. Once arrangements are made with Office Depot, create a change order or cancel the order in E-Procurement. The 'Transmit to Supplier' box should be unchecked so that these changes are not sent to Office Depot.
