NC E-Procurement team frequently outreaches to vendors to provide assistance with registration maintenance and improvements to their order receipt processes. It is important for Entities to also work directly with their vendors to notify them of their outdated registration information such as missing locations and incorrect address/contact information. Please encourage local vendors to keep their registration information current and to consider updating their order receipt method to email. It is recommended that vendors update their preferred order receipt method from fax to email, in order to decrease the potential for lost paperwork.
