Designating IPS Bid Numbers on Requisitions

As IPS bids are awarded, the bid numbers are transmitted to NC E-Procurement for selection on requisition lines. If a bid number cannot be located in the Bid Number dropdown box, it should NOT be classified as an agency specific contract. If an IPS bid has not been awarded yet and needs to be noted on your purchase order, please wait until the bid number is available within NC E-Procurement to complete your purchase. Availability of new IPS bid numbers within the Bid Number dropdown box will generally take no longer than one business day from bid award.
