Guide to Vendor Registration

The Statewide Vendor Registration system allows vendors to register to participate in NC E-Procurement. During the registration process , vendors provide basic company and contact information, select their preferred ordering method, and indicate the type of commodities they supply. The final registration step requires vendors to agree to the Terms of Use before their company information is sent to the NC E-Procurement purchasing system. Vendors who complete registration prior to 5:00 pm EST will be available in the E-Procurement system the following business day. Vendors who complete registration after 5:00 pm EST will be loaded the subsequent business day. Vendors who elect to participate in eQuote will, on average, be available to receive eQuotes within 2 business days.
