Expended Funds Amount

This percentage will be calculated based on expended funds rather than unencumbered funds. Each LEA's expended funds amount can be found on the Unencumbered Funds Report, created in ISIS/SunPac.

For ISIS Users: From the ISIS General Ledger, option 67 is a Report Writer that allows users to create reports. The report writer can be used to run a report based on the specified object codes.

For SunPac Users: From the Main Menu, select Option 2 (General Ledger). Then, select Option 40 (Ledger Report). Be sure to update the 'Starting Fiscal Period To Process', the 'Ending Fiscal Period To Process', the 'Starting Transaction Date to Include', and the 'Ending Transaction to Include'. The 'Report Format Name' to use is: UNENCUMBFUNDS.
