| NC E-Procurement will generate notifications to indicate the status of requisitions and purchase orders. Different users may receive the notification depending on where the requisition originated. Security Administrators should be sure to review each user’s email address and email notification settings in NC E-Procurement. If email addresses are not setup correctly in NC E-Procurement, the users will not receive email notifications. We strongly advise each entity to verify/add all NC E-Procurement email addresses (epservice@its.nc.gov, ephelpdesk@its.nc.gov, eprocurement@its.nc.gov) to their safe list, to prevent blockage or spamming of important NC E-Procurement emails. |
