Entity Client Display Settings Update

Update your Entity Client PC settings - 'Sleep Mode' Inactivated.
 

In order to avoid unexpected down times, each LEA should confirm that the Entity Client PC settings are always active during business hours, and the display settings do not allow a sleep (or inactive) setting. To check the display settings:

  1. Go to the Start menu on the PC
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Control Panel
  4. Click on Display
